ECAHS Stallion Service Auction

Breed to one of the beautiful stallions graceously donated by our members and benefit the Eastern  Crabbet Arabian Horse Society at the same time!
The  list of donated stallions is not yet available. Please check back.

ECAHS members own some of the finest stallions in the country, and many of our members have generously donated a breeding to their stallion with proceeds benefiting our organization.  These stallions excel in English Pleasure, Dressage, Halter, Hunter Pleasure, Western Pleasure, or as sires in the breeding barn.

Here is an additional incentive to utilize the Stallion Service Auction!  Any foal resulting from a successful breeding from bids awarded from the Stallion Service Auction will be automatically nominated for the ECAHS Futurity.  This is with the assumption that the breeding meets the 50% minimum qualification requirement of the Futurity program.  In addition, the ECAHS certification fee will be waived on the resulting foals.

Bids will be opened at the Crabbet Celebration on Saturday evening (September 03, 2005) and awarded to the highest bidders.  A "second chance" auction will continue until the Annual Meeting, for services that have not yet been awarded.  The ECAHS booth will display the Stallion Service Auction at all of the events it attends, which includes the Horse Expos. So get your bids in early to ensure you get the breeding you want!

We are using the PayPal system to allow electronic deposits for stallion services in lieu of a check for $50.00.  Look for the convenient PayPal button on each "Stallion Profile" page.

Visit the Horse List page to see a complete listing of the stallions with donated services.  After you decide which stallion (s) you
would like to bid on, visit the
Bid Form page to make your bid.

A separate form must be submitted for each stallion bid!

Mare care, transported semen, and veterinary expenses must be paid
 separately to the stallion owner.
Contact the stallion owner for these fees.
Some stallion owners may charge a handling fee.
